Kelly McClellan has dedicated over 20 years to the Rent-to-Own (RTO) industry. His journey began with BDI Laguna, where he was first introduced to the business and quickly developed a deep passion for the RTO model. That early experience laid the foundation for a career marked by steady growth, industry loyalty, and strong vendor partnerships.
Throughout his career, Kelly has worked with several prominent RTO vendors, earning a reputation as a trusted and respected associate member. Known for his unwavering commitment to customer service, integrity, and a consistently positive attitude, Kelly has become a familiar and valued presence across the industry.
His contributions have been recognized with multiple accolades, including four Rent One Vendor of the Year awards and the prestigious Lowery Schraeder Award for TRIB Vendor of the Year. Since 2015, he has proudly served on the APRO Vendor Advisory Committee, helping shape the future of the RTO community.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, hitting the golf course, and cheering on his beloved Tennessee Volunteers—regardless of the sport or season. Go Big Orange!

He is a two-time Rent One Vendor of the Year recipient and has also been recognized as TRIB Group Vendor of the Year. He has served on the APRO Vendor Advisory Committee since 2015.

Marty Smith has been a dedicated figure in the Rent-to-Own (RTO) industry for over 30 years, bringing deep insight into what drives the business and its people. His career has spanned multiple key roles that reflect his leadership, vision, and passion for the industry.
Marty began as a sales representative for Pioneer Electronics before taking on the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Rent One. He later became a managing partner at Imagery Marketing Group and currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Noctova Sleep. His broad experience across vendor and retailer roles gives him a unique perspective and valuable voice within the RTO community.
He has served on the TRIB Vendor Relations Board and continues to contribute to the industry as a member of the APRO Vendor Advisory Committee. Marty’s contributions have been recognized with some of the highest honors in the field, including induction into the TRIB Vendor Hall of Fame in 2013 and the APRO Vendor of the Year Award in 2017.
When he’s not working, Marty enjoys golfing—especially when he’s outplaying his good friend and fellow RTO veteran, Kelly McClellan.
